Virginia Beach Sunrise

This sunrise was taken after the sun was above the horizon.  I was about to pack up the camera and tripod when the sun peeked through for just a minute; long enough to get this image. The flying birds where added later, using an image taken at the same spot, with a different exposure and a higher ISO, to freeze the motion.
