Grand Canyon @ Daybreak



It was day break on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, when I noticed the sun bathing this tree and outcrop with a warm light. I decided to include the silhouette of the foreground in the shot, I'm not sure if I like it or not. The light changed within seconds after taking the image, so I only had time to take the version with the foreground. Maybe it gives the image depth to include the foreground, but I wish I had both versions to compare.
