Garage on Rt.66

This image is a garage on old Rt 66, in Arizona. The building looked like it has been empty for decades. I'm drawn to old buildings and places like this. The image was shot as a Raw file and converted to

black & white in Adobe Camera Raw. In CS5 the tint, texture, and the frame were added. I was hoping to make the print look as rustic as the building.

Found this abandoned house in Arizona while traveling with my son (Road Trip).  We had a lot of fun and saw some amazing places. I applied texture (photo of my living room wall) to the print and added an image of the sun, taken on a cloudy day. This was my first attempt at creating a grunge photo.
   It was mentioned that this picture might be better without the tree in front of the house, so I added another version from a different angle. I still prefer  the lower version, but art is in the eye of the beholder. I'm using the term "art" loosely. Thanks for the visit...come again.
