I started this blog to inspire and to be inspired by contact with other photographers whether beginners or professional. I welcome tips, constructive criticism and hope to have open dialog that is beneficial to all.

Tioga Pass just as the snow stopped
For those few, that follow my blog, I'm sorry to be away for as long as I have. The next several Images will be of trip to the northwest I took with my wife and son, California, Oregon, and Washington. This photo was taken while crossing Tioga Pass towards Yosemite. The snow let up long enough for me to set up the tripod and camera and take this image. I was drawn to this scene because the mountains in the background are almost black and white and are in contrast to the greens of the grasses in the foreground.
