Blue hills of Massanutten, Virginia

After rolling out of bed, long before sunrise I hiked to the top of the mountain to catch the blue light of predawn. This shot was taken with a tripod mounted  Nikon D80 with a Tamron 28-300 lens. It pays to get up early and get out there.
